Oahu Diving is the ONLY company that will offer a true money back guarantee for any type of diving that you sign up for with Oahu Diving. This is a major commitment that we have discussed about and thought over for many months. Lots of people including close friends we know were saying "Don't do this, it's a bad idea." However something was saying DO THIS because we have faith in our tour and feel we can live up to scuba divers expectations and safety standards. We have noticed that divers, or people who would like to try scuba diving do not carry around a malicious preconceived idea of how to get something for free. We trust our customers 100% and listen to what they have to say. If for any reason you feel our scuba tour was not what you expected, or you feel that we did not give you the level of customer service commitment that you were expecting we will gladly refund your money upon request. In certain cases we would not be able to honor a refund ;
Inability to make the dives due to;
- ear issues, clearing of the ears for purposes of diving.
- nervousness and just plain scared to do the dive.
- sea sickness
- not feeling well on the tour.
- weather related issues such as visibility, currents and ocean conditions.
It takes a lot of work and commitment from Oahu Diving to put on a scuba diving tour. The preparations for the tours take hours with lots of lifting of scuba tanks and gear setting up.
